We’re having a market! Come along on Friday morning 21 March (it’s a public holiday) and support our Scout, Cub and Meerkat families raising funds for the group. Corner of Bowwood Road and Thelma Road, follow the smell of boerewors rolls, join us for cooldrinks or tea, have some fun, and head home with some bargains.
Then there’s the RAFFLE, with some fantastic prizes. Ballantine’s Whisky, coffee grinder, Volkano headphones, a meal voucher donated by The Hussar, vouchers donated by Acro Branch and City Rock, a gift voucher donated by Cape Union Mart, Slingsby Maps donated by Orca Industries, a Parker pen set,a family photo shoot, a teddy bear (so soft and fluffy)… Our Cubs, Scouts and Meerkats have sheets and would love to sell you a ticket. The draw will take place at the 21 March.
And finally, for our members – we are also looking for donations of books, clothing, bric a brac, raffle prizes, cakes, baked goods, and of course for people (parents, Meerkats, Cubs or Scouts) to run stores on the day.
