Caving

On Sunday all of us who signed up for caving had to get up early to go to the hall. We then drove for a while until we got to Kalk Bay. We had to hike a couple of kilometers before getting to the first cave. It was a relatively small cave but then we had to climb down a big hole into the next one.

In the dark everyone forgot about me climbing into an extremely low cave and they started playing hide and seek. I was so scared, I was shouting out,”Hello!” over and over. We eventually climbed out and then we went into the Robin Hood cave. It was wet and was made out of dark stone and sandstone. It was by far the best cave, but everyone took forever to get through some of the areas.

We climbed out again and Kupa, Simon and I were jogging all the way to the cars.
